PISTACHIO MARTINI COCKTAIL WITH BAILEYS IRISH CREAM
INGREDIENTS
BAILEYS ORIGINAL IRISH CREAM - 25 ml
VODKA - 50 ml
2 SCOOPS PISTACHIO ICE CREAM OR GELATO
ROASTED PISTACHIO NUTS
FREEZE DRIED RASPBERRIES
PISTACHIO BUTTER OR MELTED CHOCOLATE
HOW TO PREPARE
On a chopping board crush some pistachios. Choose between either pistachio butter or melted chocolate and smear a small amount around one side of your martini glass. Carefully roll this side into your crushed pistachios to create a delicate but delicious decoration. Put your decorated Martini glass into the fridge to chill
Next, grab a chilled cocktail shaker and add the pistachio ice cream. Pour over the vodka and creamy Baileys. Close the shaker and shake for up to a minute to make sure the ice cream melts
Strain the delicious liquid into your chilled martini glass and if you can resist long enough, sprinkle over the dehydrated raspberries. For a yummy twist, try different toppings such as white chocolate shavings or a dollop of whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS
BAILEYS ORIGINAL IRISH CREAM - 50 ml
VODKA - 15 ml
1 CUP OF ICE
CHOCOLATE SYRUP
HOW TO PREPARE
This couldn’t be easier! Put Baileys Irish Cream, vodka and a cup of ice into a blender and press start
While your delicious dessert cocktail is blending, take your favourite glass and drizzle chocolate syrup all around the inside – as much as you like, but swirls will make it look pretty!
Finally, pour your frozen mudslide into the glass and garnish with whatever takes your fancy!

BAILEYS ORIGINAL IRISH CREAM - 50 ml
CREME DE MENTHE - 15 ml
HALF HALF (MILK/CREAM) - 75 ml
MINT CHOCOLATE TO GARNISH
ICE
HOW TO PREPARE
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes
Add 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream, 15ml Creme de Menthe, 75ml milk of your choice (or for extra indulgence, try half milk half cream)
Shake it, baby, then strain into your cocktail glass
Garnish with fresh mint, grate a little mint chocolate over the top, and bask in the rapturous praise you will receive from your party guests

LIME JUICE - 15 ml
ESPRESSO - 25 ml

Layer espresso into base of a glass, add ice and pour over the vodka
Gently pour Baileys to create a beautiful, marbled effect for the White Russian
Garnish with cacao nibs and a fresh cherry/raspberry to give hints of cacao and tropical fruit on the nose. Or for something a little more floral, you could use edible flowers to give a pop of colour and contrast. And Voila! You’re done. White Russian cocktail hour has arrived
