INGREDIENTS
- CASAMIGOS BLANCO TEQUILA - 1.5 oz 
- FRESH LEMON JUICE - 0.75 oz 
- PRICKLY PEAR PURÉE - 0.75 oz 
- 2 DASHES ORANGE BITTERS 
- LIME WHEEL GARNISH 
HOW TO PREPARE
- Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker 
- Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a small rocks glass 
- Add fresh ice and garnish 
 
    
                    CASA PALOMA
INGREDIENTS
- CASAMIGOS BLANCO TEQUILA OR REPOSADO TEQUILA - 1.5 oz 
- FRESH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE - 1 oz 
- FRESH LIME JUICE - 0.75 oz 
- AGAVE NECTAR - 0.5 oz 
- ORANGE BITTERS - 2 DASHES 
- 1 PINT SEA SALT 
- SPLASH OF SPARKLING PINK GRAPEFRUIT BY FEVER TREE 
- HALF-MOON GRAPEFRUIT SLICE - GARNISH 
HOW TO PREPARE
- Combine all ingredients, except grapefruit soda into tin shaker. 
- Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into collins glass 
- Add fresh ice, top off with grapefruit soda and garnish 
Note: For a smoky variation, swap out Casamigos Blanco Tequila or Reposado Tequila for Casamigos Mezcal Joven
 
    
                    SPICY PINEAPPLE CILANTRO MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
- CASAMIGOS REPOSADO TEQUILA - 1.5 oz 
- PINEAPPLE JUICE - 1 oz 
- FRESH LIME JUICE - 0.5 oz 
- SIMPLE SYRUP - 0.5 oz 
- 8-10 CILANTRO LEAVES 
- 2 SERRANO SLICES OR 2 DASHES FIREWATER BITTERS 
- 1/2 THICK RIM EQUAL PARTS SALT/SUGAR/DRIED CILANTRO 
- 2 PINEAPPLE LEAVES AND SERRANO SLICE GARNISH 
HOW TO PREPARE
- Wet 1/2 rim of glass with lime wheel or wedge 
- Dip into salt mixture 
- Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker 
- Muddle serrano/cilantro 
- Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into rimmed rocks glass 
- Add fresh ice and garnish

INGREDIENTS
- CASAMIGOS JALAPENO TEQUILA - 1.5 oz 
- FRESH LIME JUICE - 0.75 oz 
- AGAVE SYRUP - 0.5 oz 
- 1 DASH FIREWATER BITTERS OR 1 JALAPENO SLIVE 1/2 THICK RIM 
- EQUAL PARTS SALT/SUGAR/TAJIN 
- OPTIONAL: 2 DASHES GRAPEFRUIT BITTERS 
- CHARRED GREEN JALAPENO LENGTH-WISE GARNISH 
HOW TO PREPARE
- Wet 1/2 rim of a small rocks glass with lime wheel or wedge 
- Dip into salt mixture 
- Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker (muddle jalapeno and fine strain if using) 
- Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into rimmed rocks glass 
- Add fresh ice and garnish
