Outcider was born in Ireland in 2017 from a passion for creativity and doing things differently. It’s a bold, sweet cider that reimagines the traditional dry style.

We use a unique process: after fermentation, we ‘add back’ natural apple essence—like dry hopping in IPAs - creating a fresh, intense apple flavour with aromas of red and green apples. It’s double filtered for crispness and carbonated using captured CO₂ for a cleaner finish.

Outcider is for the free-spirited, street-smart crowd who like their cider a little sweeter and a lot more original.
